We have developed a problem solving tool called YYAN using 8D methodology for better understanding of the root cause of the problem detected and the horizontal deployment of the solution found out. The status of the complaint can be traced from the system with regular notifications to the concerned person.
Government of India's "Make in India" initiative focuses on the development of manufacturing sector and our endeavour is to make use of technology to carve out in this sector which is growing fast and will need solutions to work seamlessly.
